Terry Wayne Cook, 75, of Humboldt, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, October 14, 2023. He was the brother of James Cook and Dianne Jackson, both of Haleyville. His memorial service will be Friday, October 20, 2023, at 2 p.m. at Humboldt Church of Christ. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Burial will be in Rutherford Cemetery. Medina Funeral Home directing.
