CULLMAN - Zeb Little, who represented a portion of Winston County as a state senator for the fourth district, has been arrested, according to Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall.
HALEYVILLE - According to a Facebook post tonight by Baldwin County Public Schools, Dr. Erika McCoy, principal of Haleyville High School, has been named the new principal of the new Orange Beach High School. She will begin her new post at the end of March.

HALEYVILLE - The line-up of bands for Haleyville’s annual 9-1-1 Festival concert Friday, May 31, has been officially announced by organizer Brandon Norris. The concert line-up is as follows: Fly by Radio will perform from 5-6 p.m., followed by 3 Wheel Drive from 6:30-7:30 p.m., William Michael Morgan from 8-9 p.m. and headline act Neal McCoy beginning at 9:30 p.m.
BEAR CREEK - The Phillips She Bears are back in the Final Four after taking down Falkville in a resounding 81-41 victory Monday, Feb. 18, at the Northwest Regionals in Hanceville. Phillips' first game will be Monday, Feb. 25, at 9 a.m. at the Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center.
