Sharon Kay Clark, 71, of Haleyville, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at her residence.
Sharon was born on May 17, 1951 in Crossroads, Alabama. Sharon was a loving mother, wife, grandparent and sister. She worked hard all of her life. She was a caretaker to every member of her family. She was an active member of Lighthouse Full Gospel Church of God. To know her was to love her.
Her visitation will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023 from 12-2 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville. Her funeral will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Philadelphia Church Cemetery in Lynn. Reverend Linda Smith will officiate.
Sharon is survived by her daughter, Shannon Sumerel (Darrell); son, Brad Clark (Donna); stepdaughter, Regina Clark; grandchildren, Shaela Clark, Ty Sumerel (Callie), Tanner Sumerel, Chris Clark (Sherry), Matthew Clark and Kayla Clark; great-granddaughter, Essie Kate Sumerel; brothers, Bobby Tittle (Diane) and Ricky Franks (Mary) and sisters, Diane Snyder Comins, Deb Anderson, Jan Likeness, Linda Smith and Ann Allen.
She was preceded in death by her father, Odie (Pod) Tittle; mother, Tressie Franks and husband, Wayne Clark.
