Default having been made on the terms of that certain mortgage executed by Five Star Mart, LLC, an Alabama Limited Liability Company, to First National Bank on the 9th day of April, 2021, and recorded in Mortgage Book 665 at Pages 570-585, et seq., in the Office of Judge of Probate of Winston County, Alabama, and default still continuing and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the following described real estate situated in the County of Winston, State of Alabama, will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash at the Main Entrance of the Courthouse of Winston County, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on the 20th day of February, 2026.
