Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by GRADY J. TAYLOR AMD MELISSA TAYLOR, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS WITH FULL RIGHTS OF SURVIVORSHIP, to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FEDERAL BANK, on the 10th day of May, 2013, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Winston County, Alabama, on May 13, 2013, in Deed/Mortgage Book 578, Page 293, Winston County, Alabama Records, said Mortgage having subsequently been transferred and assigned to PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, by instrument recorded in the aforesaid Probate Office; notice is hereby given that the undersigned PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse in Double Springs, Winston County, Alabama, on December 13, 2018, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Winston County, Alabama, to-wit:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 9 SOUTH, RANGE 10 WEST, WINSTON COUNTY, ALABAMA, THENCE NORTH 86 DEGREES 20 MINUTES EAST ALONG THE NORTH FORTY LINE A DISTANCE OF 460 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING FOR THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED; THENCE SOUTH 01 DEGREES 37 MINUTES EAST ALONG THE EAST RIGHT-OF- WAY OF 17TH AVENUE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 125 FEET; THENCE NORTH 86 DEGREES 20 MINUTES EAST A DISTANCE OF 200 FEET; THENCE NORTH 01 DEGREES 37 MINUTES WEST A DISTANCE OF 125 FEET TO SAID NORTH FORTY LINE; THENCE SOUTH 86 DEGREES 20 MINUTES WEST ALONG SAID FORTY LINE A DISTANCE OF 200 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said legal description being controlling, however the property is more commonly known as 2823 17TH AVENUE, HALEYVILLE, AL 35565.
