GUIN - Guin Elementary School has been named a National ESEA Distinguished School.
Guin Elementary received this prestigious honor for showing growth in reading and math attainment over the past two years. The school is now above the 70 percent threshold for achievement when utilizing the two highest categories of proficiency on summative assessments. Guin Elementary is a Schoolwide Title I school with a poverty rate above 90 percent.
