Default having been made in the terms of that mortgage executed on September 20, 2013 by Taylor R. Maddox, unmarried man, to EvaBank, which said mortgage is recorded in Book MORT 582, Page 761 in the Probate Office of Winston County, Alabama, and default continuing, and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the following described property will be sold at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door of said County, in Double Springs, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on December 28, 2022:

Commencing at the SE corner of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4, Section 13, Township 12 South Range 6 West; thence N 52° 28’ W along the north line of tract #2 (Snow Lot) 275 feet to the point of beginning; thence 27° 54’ W 187.5 feet; thence S 37°32' W 222.9 feet, thence S 46°56’ 50” E 247 feet to a point on the south forty line, thence S 46°56’50” E 49 feet to the SW corner of tract #2 (Snow Lot); thence N 46°56’50” W 255.96 feet to the NW corner of tract #2; thence N 37°32’ E 105 feet to the NE corner of tract #2 (Snow Lot); thence S 52° 28’ W 145 feet to the point of beginning. Said land lying and being in the SW 1/4 of the SW,1/4 of Section 13, Township 12 South, Range 6 West, Winston County, Alabama, and containing 0.5 acres, more or less.
