Barbara Jolene Duboise Baker, 89, of Phil Campbell, passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2023. Visitation will be from 1 – 3 p.m. Thursday, September 21, 2023, at Spry Memorial Chapel, with her funeral following at 3 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will be at East Franklin Cemetery.
