Phillis Lane Johnson, 64, of Crane Hill, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2024.
She was born November 29, 1959 to Roger and Wanda Johnson.
Phillis was a devoted mother to Jason and a beloved grandmother. She spent her time on earth caring for others and working hard to provide for her family. Phillis’ genuine care and love for her family was palpable. She enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren and was a comfort to those around her. Phillis loved painting, antiques and tending to her flower beds. She gave the best advice in some of the worst situations, always loved deeply and unconditionally and honored loyalty. Phillis admired and respected perseverance and diligence.
Her family will hold a memorial service at a later date. Nichols Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Phillis is survived by her son, Jason Ennis; brother, Phillip Wayne Johnson; sister, Anita Jo Johnson; stepmother, Wanda Johnson and a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Ruth Gaddy White; father, Samuel Roger Johnson and brother, Tony Roger Johnson
