DELMAR - Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4543, located at the intersection of Highway 13 South and County Road 17 in the Delmar community, will be holding an inside/outside yard sale Saturday, Sept. 7, beginning at 7 a.m.
Several vendors have already signed up to be there, including vendors with fresh vegetables, new handmade baby clothes, knick-knacks and toys, chickens and fresh eggs, furniture and more. The "Handle Man" will also be there, making handles for various types of tools.
All inside spots have been taken, but outside spots are still available for $10 apiece. To reserve a spot, contact Dwight Thomas at (205) 269-6858 or Post Commander Bryan Lawler at (205) 275-7712.
Concessions will also be available for purchase, and the restrooms will be open.
Proceeds from concessions and spot rentals will go to the VFW.
