HALEYVILLE - The Haleyville Rotary Club wants to make Christmas bright for all local children in need.
Applications are currently being accepted for the Toys for Kids giveaway, scheduled for Friday, Dec. 13, from 3-4 p.m. at Revive Medical Center, located on Highway 13 South in Haleyville.
Applications are available at the following locations:
• BankFirst (main branch)
• First National Bank
• Pinnacle Bank
• Listerhill Credit Union
• Revive Medical Center
• Alabama Power
• State Farm
• Lakeland Community Hospital
Parents and/or guardians must include a copy of each child’s birth certificate and proof of residence (driver’s license copy and electrical bill copy) with each application.
The deadline to turn in an application will be Tuesday, Dec. 3.
Monetary donations are also welcomed. To make a donation, please drop it off at Revive Medical Center, located at 1728 11th Ave. in Haleyville.
