Kimberly "Kim" Harbison, 56, of the White Oak community, passed away Saturday, February 1, 2025 at UAB Palliative Center in Birmingham.
She was born January 30, 1969 to Ronnie Roberts and Gloria Walden. Kim was known for her great sense of humor and having the biggest heart. She enjoyed going to yard sales to "find a deal" and watching sports. Kim received an "All Star Trophy" in high school. She never met a stranger and was the best Nana to her granddaughters.
Visitation will be Monday, February 3, 2025 from 12-2 p.m. at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in the Nesmith community, where her funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. Brother Junior Garmon will officiate. Pallbearers will be Mickey Seymore, Billy Seymore, Tommy Seymore, David Pemerton, Jordan Gray, Trevor Steelman and Jeremy Steelman. Nichols Funeral Home will direct.
Kim was survived by her parents, Gloria and Donnie Walden; significant other, Robert Harbison; daughter, Haley Ragsdale (Jordan Gray); brothers and sisters, Tiffany (David) Pemerton, Jan Cofield (David Fisher) and John Walden; granddaughters, Emma Fowler and Evie Gray; aunt, Debbie Laws and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ronnie Albert Roberts; grandparents, Edward Price and Mary Sue Morris, Malcomb and Sue Roberts and Tab and Lena Walden and great-grandmother, Rose Freeman.
