HALEYVILLE - New Beginnings Church in South Haleyville will host a benefit BBQ dinner Saturday, March 15, with pickup of plates from noon to 4 p.m. at the church, located at 244 8th Street.
The cost is $10 per plate and includes BBQ, slaw, baked beans, a roll and sauce.
The fundraiser is being held due to a burglary of the church’s heating and cooling units not covered by insurance. All proceeds go directly to the church to replace outdoor HVAC units.
