Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Joe Vernon Doss Jr., Single man, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for West Alabama Bank & Trust, an Alabama Corporation, on the 14th day of May, 2014, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Winston County, Alabama, in MORT Book 588 Page 603; the undersigned The Money Source, Inc., as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Double Springs, Winston County, Alabama, on July 31, 2018, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Winston County, Alabama, to-wit:

Commence at the SW corner of the NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 15, Township 12 South, Range 8 West, and run North along the West line of said quarter, 449.63 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue along same course 386.00 feet; thence 91 degrees 13 minutes to the right and run 235.21 feet to Highway No. 195; thence turn 60 degrees 49 minutes right and run Southeasterly along said road 305.60 feet; thence tum 101 degrees 28 minutes right and run 399.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said parcel contains 2.41 acres. Situated in Winston County, Alabama. Minerals and mining rights excepted.
