David Glenn Beam, 60, of Haleyville, passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2026.  Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 18, 2026, from 11 a.m. until his funeral service time at 12 p.m. at Hamilton Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at New Prospect Cemetery in Haleyville.

Barbara Williams

Barbara Ellen Williams, 85, of Crane Hill, passed away Friday, January 9, 2026.  Her graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Bethany Baptist Church in Crane Hill, with a Celebration of Life immediately following in the sanctuary.  Moss Service Funeral Home will direct.

Carlene Kennedy

Carlene Kennedy, 82, passed away Monday, January 12, 2026.  She was the mother of Steven and David Miles, both of Haleyville; daughter Pam Miles, of Cordova and daughter Stacey Miles (Smith), of Moulton.  Wilson Funeral Home is assisting the family.

David Martin

David Loyd Martin, 68, of Nauvoo, passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2026.  The family will receive friends Friday, January 9, 2026 at 10 a.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, with his funeral to follow at 11 a.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel.  Burial will be at Mt. Hermon Cemetery. 

Kevin Murray

Kevin William Murray, 48, of Russellville passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2025.  He was a 1995 graduate of Phil Campbell High School.  His family and friends will be having a celebration of life.  Pinkard Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Paul Anthony Fragale, 79, of Phil Campbell, passed away Monday, December 29, 2025, at North Alabama Medical Center in Florence.

Norma McCarley

Norma McCarley, 82, passed away Thursday, December 25, 2025.  Visitation will be Sunday, December 28, 2025, from 1-2 p.m. at Bear Creek No. 1 Baptist Church, with her funeral to follow at 2 p.m.  Burial will follow in Winston Memorial Cemetery.  Veal Memorial Funeral Home will direct.

Norma Jenkins

Norma Darlene Jenkins, 70, of Nauvoo, passed away Thursday, December 18, 2025.
