Haleyville

The City of Haleyville will accept statements of qualifications from Alabama licensed engineers for engineering services for a of up to three (3) years for public works projects to be funded, in whole or in part, through the American Rescue Plan Act Funds.

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Contractor, on the 2nd of February 2021, substantially completed the public improvements under their contract with the Town of Haleyville, which included the following improvements to-wit: 2020 Fall Street Paving Project for the City of Haleyville, Alabama (12th Avenue between 29th Place & 11th Avenue, Briarwood Drive, and Hill Top Subdivision).

Pursuant to Act 97-225, notice is hereby given that Heritage Communication, LLC, has completed its contract for AL-19430 Haleyville, AL Fiber Infrastructure, with Tombigbee Electric Cooperative, Inc.
