FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on July 15, 2013 by Dana N Walker, married woman, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Hamilton Mortgage Corporation, and recorded in Mort Book 580 at Page 242 on July 16, 2013, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Winston County, Alabama, and secured indebtedness having been transferred to Caliber Home Loans, Inc.. LOGS Legal Group LLP, as counsel for Mortgagee or Transferee and under and by virtue of power of sale contained in the said mortgage will, on January 10, 2023, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder at the main entrance of the Winston County, Alabama, Courthouse in the City of Double Springs, during the legal hours of sale, the following real estate situated in Winston County, Alabama, to wit:
Parcel 1:
One acre of land in the SE corner of the SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Section 10, Township 11 South, Range 6 West, described as follows: Beginning at the SE corner of said forty and running to the public road; thence NW along said road a certain distance of so as to make the one acre; thence East to the East line of said forty; thence South to the SE corner of said forty, being the point of beginning.
