MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Brian Dewayne Hammack to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc as nominee for Hometown Lenders Inc., dated March 18, 2022 said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Winston County, Alabama, in Book 679, Page 142. Said mortgage was subsequently sold, assigned and transferred to DATA MORTGAGE INC., DBA ESSEX MORTGAGE. Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the undersigned, DATA MORTGAGE INC., DBA ESSEX MORTGAGE, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse in Winston County, Alabama on January 14, 2025, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following describe real estate situated in Winston County, Alabama, to-wit:

TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 12 FOOT WIDE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS, WHICH IS APPURTENANT TO THE HEREINABOVE DESCRIBED LAND AND WHICH IS RECORDED AT DEED BOOK 170 PAGE 660.
