In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama 1975, notice is hereby given that, Apex Civil Construction, LLC, of 13552 Wheat Circle, Coker, Alabama, has completed the contract for construction of the Town of Addison Water System Improvements Project FS010415-01, for the Town of Addison Water Works, Owner, and has made request for the final settlement for said contract.
All persons having made any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify
