Billy Ray Issa, 81, of Haleyville, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2026. He was a retired truck driver and a member of Grace Baptist Church.
There will be a graveside service on Sunday, February 1, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. at Enon Cemetery in Lynn., with Bro. Ricky Thrasher officiating. Pinkard Funeral Home will direct.
He is survived by his daughter, Rebecca Childers; sister, Robbie Scogin; partner, Pat Issa; stepson, Shane Sutherland (Tonya) and grandchildren, Ashley Roberts (Robby) and Ethan Sutherland.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Amin Issa and Elvy Lee Issa and brother, Freddy Issa.
