Guy "Gene" Eugene Rowe, Jr., 75, of Haleyville, passed away Monday, August 24, 2026 at is home. He served in the Army National Guard, was a retired truck driver and was of the Baptist faith.
Visitation will be Saturday, August 29, 2026 from 1 - 3 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville. His funeral will be at 3 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will follow in Winston Memorial Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Cynthia Rowe; daughter, Lauren Rowe Burke, (her husband Ryan); grandchildren, Parker and Mary Blake and host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Eleanor Rowe; brothers, William L. Rowe and Gary Parker Rowe; sister, Mary Helen Bailey and daughter, Tina LaShae Rowe.
