BEAR CREEK - The Town of Bear Creek now has a new mayor and new police chief.
The Bear Creek Council appointed Tammie Rowe Batchelor as the town's new mayor during their Monday night meeting. After her appointment, Batchelor appointed Joey Franks as the town's new police chief.
