Fatal Wreck

ASHRIDGE - A one-vehicle accident Tuesday, April 29, claimed the life of a Double Springs woman.
Shelby J. Ayers, 53, was fatally injured when the 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier she was driving left County Road 55 four miles North of Double Springs and struck a tree, according to troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.  Ayers was pronounced deceased at the scene.

NAUVOO - A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 11:29 a.m. Thursday, July 25, has claimed the life of a Nauvoo man.

HALEYVILLE - An early morning accident involving a pickup truck and a bicyclist has left a Haleyville man dead.

CULLMAN COUNTY - Two Arley residents were injured in a head-on crash Thursday, January 25, that proved fatal for a Logan man.

ADDISON - A two-vehicle crash at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, has claimed the life of an Addison woman.

ADDISON - A single-vehicle crash around 11 p.m. Friday, Nov. 3, has claimed the life of a Houston man.

MARION COUNTY - A single-vehicle crash Wednesday, August 2, on Highway 278 in Marion County has caused the deaths of two Alabama Department of Correction inmates.

DELMAR - A two-vehicle crash Tuesday, Aug. 1, has claimed the life of a Lynn woman.

NATURAL BRIDGE - A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 11:49 p.m. Tuesday, June 20, has claimed the life of a Northport man.

DANVILLE - An Addison woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash Friday, Feb. 3, in Morgan County.
