Deadlines changing for Nov. 25, edition
The Northwest Alabamian is changing its deadlines for the Nov. 25, edition.
Classifieds will need to be turned in by 9 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 20.
The deadline for display advertising will be Friday, Nov. 20, at 4 p.m. The Alabamian will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 26, for Thanksgiving.

State extends tax filing deadline to April 30, for some residents

Deadline Friday to sign up for swimming lessons
Friday, June 14, is the deadline to sign-up for swimming lessons at the Haleyville Swimming Pool. Lessons will be held Monday, June 17, through Thursday, June 20. Participants must be ages 5-8 years old. Cost is $35. Lessons will be held at the Haleyville Swimming Pool from 9-10 a.m.
T-ball registration ends Friday, March 1
HALEYVILLE - The Haleyville Park & Recreation Department is continuing T-Ball registration until March 1. T Ball is for boys and girls ages 5 and 6 years old. Your child must be five on or before June 30, 2020. The cost of registration is $35 per child. A family discount will apply. Registration hours will be Monday Tuesday and Thursday 9 a.m.-6 p.m. and Wednesday and Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m., at the Haleyville Neighborhood Facilities Building.
