REVENUE Plaintiff(s). I, Sheriff of Winston County,
Alabama, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Winston County Courthouse
located at 11 Blake Drive in the Town of Double Springs, Alabama on the 2ND
day of MAY 2022, within the legal hours of sale, at 11 :00 a.m., whatever interest the above-named defendant(s) may possess in and to the following described
property to wit:
Tax Parcel Identification Number: 67 08 09 29 0 204 047.000
A parcel of land in the SW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 29, Township 10, Range 8 West, more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the point where the East right of way line of the old Double Springs and Addison Highway (which road is now known as Guttery Street); thence run south along the East right of way line of Tingle Road a distance of 902 feet to a Power Pole which is the point of beginning of the tract to be conveyed herein; from this point of beginning continue South along the East right of way line a distance of 225 feet; thence East a distance of 21 0 feet; thence North a distance of 165 feet; thence in a slightly North west direction a distance of 125 feet at such an angle so as to arrive at a point which is 185 feet East to the point of beginning; thence West a distance of 185 feet to the point of beginning.
