Phillip Ray Anglin, 62, of Russellville, passed away Monday, June 24, 2024. Phillip was born and raised in Russellville and attended the God Cares For You Worship Center in Russellville.

Phillip is survived by his wife, Serena Anglin and children, Krystle McCollum (James), Timothy Downard (Kimberly), Nathaniel Downard (Molly) and Sara Downard. Grandchildren include Madilynne Burcham, Morgan Burcham, Kenzie Downard, Eli Downard, Dixon Parks, Serenity Parks, Destiny Parks and Jameson Lake McCollum.
