McGaughy & Melissa Ann McGaughy, and all other persons claiming any present, future, contingent, remainder, reversion or other interest in said lands, must answer Jason McCullar and Angie McCullar’s Complaint to Quiet Title and other relief by the 4th day of October, 2024, or thereafter, a judgment by Default may be rendered against all Defendants in Case no. CV-24-900060, in the Circuit Court of Winston County, Alabama.
