Attached to the abandoned overgrown property is a 2004 16 x 76 Riverbirch Mobile Home Ser.# RB04AL7073 in poor, trashed condition by the previous owner and 1 small out building (shed). This notice will be published for three consecutive weeks in the hometown Northwest Alabamian newspaper to offer timely redemption for Mrs. Benefield. Back taxes for tax years 2021, 2022, and 2023 would be owed Mr. Mize plus interest plus monies spent for trash removal, bushhogging, and mowing done on the property. Following the publishing of three notices in this newspaper, legal action will proceed, in the end, securing a deed to the property for Mr. Mize.
