Completion
In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, notice is hereby given that: Central Alabama Asphalt & Construction Co., LLC has completed the contract for the construction of 2025 Summer Paving Project – City of Haleyville, Alabama – Contract A (14th Ave., 24th St., 23rd St., 26th St., 29th St., 14th Ave. N., 35th St., 13th Ave. N., 15th Ave. N., and Carter Dr.) and Contract B (City Shop Entrance, Walnut Ave., Sports Complex 9th Ave. Entrance Patch at New Culvert, Forest Park – Lakeshore Dr. Patch at New Culvert) for the State of Alabama, and the County of Winston, and have made request for final settlement of said contract.
All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify:
