In accordance with Rule 4.3, Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure, notice is hereby given to CHARLES B. DAVIS, whose whereabouts are unknown, that a Verified Complaint was filed on July 22, 2025, in the Circuit Court of Winston County, Alabama, by STONEY POINT LANDING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. for recovery of unpaid assessments and enforcement of lien. Please take notice that you are required to answer said Complaint on or before April 10, 2026, or a default judgment may be rendered against you.
