Dorothy Hicks Timmons, 90, of Lynn, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2026. She was a Baptist.
Her visitation will be Saturday, May 30, 2026 from 9:30 - 10 a.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville. Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. in the chapel, with Leroy Dutton officiating. Burial to follow in Concord Cemetery.
She is survived by her brothers and sisters, Leon (Barbara) Hicks, Roy Lee (Evelyn) Hicks, Dean (Junior) Pike, Brenda (Don) Weaver and Mary (Phillip) Taylor and a host of extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Odis and Nerva Hicks; husband, Lionel Timmons; brothers, Lacy Hicks, Charles Hicks and Larry Hicks and sister, Eutrella Webb.
