Completion
In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 19, as amended, notice is hereby given that Jim Cooper Construction Company, Inc. (Contractor) has completed all work for the Project identified as: Haleyville ES Cafeteria HVAC Replacement DCM (BC) No. 2023666 PSCA No. 9522 for Haleyville City Schools Board of Education (Owner). All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify Jim Cooper Construction Company, Inc. at 5004 5th Ave. S, Birmingham, AL 35212.
This notice will appear in the form of an advertisement in a newspaper of general circulation and will run for three (3) consecutive weeks beginning on July 29, 2026 and ending on August 12, 2026.
