DOUBLE SPRINGS - The Winston Career Academy Health Science Program is holding a scrub drive, taking donations of medical scrubs of all sizes and colors, including women's scrubs, men's scrubs and unisex scrubs.
Beginning October 1, WCA health science students will be required to wear scrubs two days each week as part of the program's focus on workforce readiness and professionalism.
New or gently used scrubs can be donated by seeing any WCA health science student or calling (205) 489-2121.
The Winston Career Academy serves students from Addison, Lynn, Meek and Winston County high schools.
