Any heirs of the Estate of Leon McNeal and any other persons claiming any present, future, contingent, remainder, reversion or other interest in said lands, must answer David Gaddy and Barbara Gaddy’s Complaint to Quiet Title and other relief by the 3rd day of December, 2019, or thereafter, a judgment by Default may be rendered against all Defendants in Case No. CV-19-900088, in the Circuit Court of Winston County, Alabama.
