NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Danny W. Murray and Denise Murray A/K/A Joyce Denise Murray, husband and wife, to UNION PLANTERS BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, on January 14, 2000, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Winston County, Alabama, at Book 394, Page 739; and subsequently modified on July 2, 2010, and said modification being recorded at Book 552, Page 954; and subsequently transferred to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, N.A., as Trustee Under The Applicable Agreement; and subsequently transferred to Regions Bank DBA Regions Mortgage SBM with Union Planters Bank National Association; Regions Bank DBA Regions Mortgage SBM with Union Planters Bank National Association, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Winston County Courthouse, in Double Springs, Alabama, on March 11, 2020, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in Winston County, Alabama, to-wit:
Commence at the Southeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 10 South, Range 6 West, thence S 89 deg. 11`33"W 1304.57 feet to a 1/2" capped iron set, on the East R.O.W. of a paved County Road, thence N 0 deg. 30`01"W 15.00 feet to a 1/2" capped iron set, on said R.O.W. and the point of beginning, thence N 0 deg. 30`01"W 475.11 feet to a 1/2" capped iron set, on said R.O.W., thence N 72 deg. 50`19"E 638.67 feet to a 1/2" capped iron set, thence S 0 deg. 30`01"E 444.94 feet to a 1/2" capped iron set, thence S 89 deg. 11`33"W 401.87 feet to a 1/2" capped iron set, thence S 0 deg. 30`01"E 210.00 feet to a 1/2" capped iron set, thence S 89 deg. 11`33"W 210.00 feet to a 1/2" capped iron set, back to the point of beginning, containing 6 acres, more or less. Said land lying in the NE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 2, Township 10 South, Range 6 West, Winston County, Alabama, according to the survey of James W. Baldy AL: Reg. No. 11845; dated January 13, 2000.
This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage, as well as the expense of foreclosure.
