Ashridge VFD Ladies Auxiliary taking smoked meat orders

ASHRIDGE - The Ashridge Volunteer Fire Department’s Ladies Auxiliary is currently taking orders for Boston butts and slabs of pork ribs.
Cuts of meat are $30 apiece and can be ordered plain or with a rub.
The meats will be available to be picked up on Saturday, April 11, from 9-11 a.m. at the Ashridge Volunteer Fire Department, located on Highway 195.
To place an order, please call 205-489-5741.  The deadline to place an order is Friday, March 20.  Proceeds will go to help the Ashridge VFD Ladies Auxiliary with their quest to construct a community center and storm shelter in the community.
