Default having being made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated October 8, 2002 executed by Paul Porath (married) and Kathleen Porath (married), in favor of Jim Walter Homes, Inc., said Mortgage being recorded November 14, 2002, in Book 432, Page 700, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Winston County, Alabama; having later been assigned to U.S. Bank, N.A., as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association, as Trustee, for Mid-State Trust XI by instrument recorded in Book 647, Page 292, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Winston County, Alabama.
