Lynn and Nauvoo firefighters work to put out a large fire that destroyed a home in southern Winston County Tuesday afternoon.
NAUVOO - Firefighters from Lynn and Nauvoo battled a large fire Tuesday afternoon, June 15, on County Road 3621, near Nauvoo that completely destroyed the Michael and Jenny Reed residence, leaving them in desperate need of help.
The Alabamian was on the scene, and will have much more as soon as possible. At this time, the family is seeking help. Anyone who can make a donation to Michael, Jenny and their 3-year-old daughter is asked to call (205) 717-8337.
An account for the family has also been set up at Listerhill Credit Union. Donations can be made at any branch by asking for the benefit fund for Michael and Jenny Reed.
