DOUBLE SPRINGS - The Winston County Commission in an emergency meeting held Thursday morning, voted to declare a State of Emergency, enabling Chairman Roger Hayes to carry out routine and necessary operations and expenditures due to the coronavirus or COVID-19 restrictions being issued statewide.
MONTGOMERY - Governor Kay Ivey issued a State of Emergency effective February 18, to aid in Alabama’s recovery efforts following the recent flooding. The State of Emergency includes all 67 counties.
