Berry defeats Bittinger in Haleyville Council run-off
HALEYVILLE - Brian Berry defeated incumbent Richard “Bicycle” Bittinger to take the place 5 seat in the Tuesday, Oct. 6, run-off election for Haleyville City Council, marking the second upset in Haleyville council races from the Aug. 24 municipal election.
