Haleyville Elementary invites community to join them to make Christmas brighter for nursing home residents

HALEYVILLE - The student council at Haleyville Elementary School is about to make the lives of 45 residents at Haleyville Health & Rehab a little brighter, but they need the public’s help.

HES Back to School Parade provides excitement, motivation for a new year

Elementary teachers cheer and wave, greeting students as they ride by in the Back to School parade, held on Thursday, Aug. 13 a week before school starts.

HALEYVILLE - Cheers, friendly faces and waves set a festive and positive atmosphere for the start of Haleyville Elementary School, which will be this Thursday, Aug. 20.

Arts expanding in Winston County schools
