Walter Lee Baird, 89, passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2023. He was retired from the ABC Board after 37 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and AlaBee Baird.
He is survived by his brother, James R. Baird; sister, Tamara Green; nephew, Sean Hudson and close friend, James Forsythe.
His memorial service will be held at First United Methodist Church in Double Springs Saturday, July 8, 2023, at 10 a.m. Southern Memorial Funeral Home in Montgomery is assisting the family.
