IN RE: A parcel of land in the SE ¼ of SE ¼ of Section 19, Township 10 South, Range 8 West, more particularly described as follows: Commence at a point on the West boundary line of said forty which is 620 feet North of the Southwest corner of said forty; thence East 36 degrees and 30 minutes North a distance of 482 feet to the point of beginning; now from the point of beginning go thence East 37 degrees and 45 minutes North a distance of 320 feet; thence South 4 degrees and 50 minutes East a distance of 262 feet; thence West 13 degrees and 15 minutes North a distance of 282 feet to point of beginning.

CV-25-900059, in the Circuit Court of Winston County, Alabama.
