Deadlines for the September 3, edition of the Alabamian have been moved up, due to the Labor Day holiday Monday, Sept. 1.
Classifieds for the September 3, edition will need to be submitted no later than 9 a.m. Friday, Aug. 29. The deadline for display advertising for the September 3, edition will be at 12 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29.
The Alabamian will be closed Monday, Sept. 1.
All federal, state, county and city government offices, as well as banks and credit unions will also be closed Monday for Labor Day. All schools and area colleges will be closed and there will be no mail service on Monday.
Alabamian publisher Horace Moore and the staff wish everyone a happy and safe Labor Day weekend.
