WHEREAS, the Winston County Commission of Winston County, Alabama, is desirous of vacating in the interest of the public, a section of right-of-way included in the Winston County road system and described as follows:

The following resolution has been approved by the Winston County Commission and recorded in Deed Book 347, Page No. 220, December 2, 2020 at 9:20:35 a.m. with the Winston County Probate Judge’s Office:

There will be a public hearing at the Winston County Commission Office, Double Springs, Alabama, December 14, 2020, at 8:30a.m. to receive comment on the Vacation of a portion of Winston County Right-of-Way between County Road 225 and County Road 4018.

There will be a public hearing at the Winston County Commission Meeting, Winston County Commission Office, Double Springs, Alabama, November 30, 2020, at 8:30 a.m. to receive comment on the Vacation of a portion of Winston County Road 3170.
