The Town of Addison Water Works will hold a public hearing on November 7, 2024, at 5 p.m. at the Addison Town Hall, 30793 Highway 278 Addison, AL 35540.

The Haleyville Housing Authority will hold a public hearing to review and discuss its 2025 Public Housing Authority Annual Plan, the Capital Fund 5 year Action Plan for 2025 – 2029 and HOTMA changes.

The Hamilton Housing Authority will have a public hearing to review and discuss the Housing Authority’s 2025 PHA Annual Plan, 2025 – 2029 Capital Fund 5-Year Action Plan, 2025 Capital Fund, and HOTMA changes.

Notice is hereby given that a hearing before the Department of Environmental Management of the State of Alabama will be held on Monday, December 12, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. in the Main Hearing Room at the ADEM – Central Office location at 1400 Coliseum Boulevard in Montgomery, to consider proposed revisions to Division 335‑6 of the ADEM Administrative Code (Water Quality Program Regulations).
