Jeremy Odell Young

Jeremy Odell Young, 20, of Double Springs, entered into rest on January 5, 2018, at Huntsville Hospital.

Mr. Young was born on June 7, 1997, in Birmingham. Jeremy loved his son and enjoyed hunting and fishing with his uncles, and playing the guitar.

Services were held at Nichols Funeral Home in Double Springs, on Tuesday, January 9, 2018. Brother Buford Smith officiated. Burial followed in Curtis Cemetery.

Jeremy is survived by his wife, Nikie “baby girl” Moore; son, Kason Young; parents, Alton Odell Young Jr. and Janet Lee Smith Young; sister, Tosha Michelle Young; grandmother, Jane Smith; aunt and uncles, Tommy Smith and his wife Beth, and Jackie Smith and his wife Veronica; and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his half brother, Christopher Odell Young; grandparents, Alton and Janie Young and Thomas Smith.
