Sandra Kay Fortner, 68, of Phil Campbell, passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2023. Her visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. Saturday, April 01, 2023 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with her funeral starting at 1 p.m. Burial will be at Shady Grove Cemetery in Liberty Hill community.
