Rebecca Faye Teachworth, 61, of Double Springs, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2024 at her residence.
She was born September 9, 1962 in Birmingham to James Stewart and Temple Martin.
Visitation will be Sunday, Jun 9, 2024 from 1-2 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Double Springs, where her memorial service will follow at 2 p.m.
Rebecca is survived by husband, Melvin Teachworth; mother, Temple Martin (John); daughter, Gladys Hyche (Brandon); son, Chistopher Teachworth; stepdaughter, Brandi Murphy; stepson, Melvin Teachworth III and grandchildren, Kaylee Hyche, Logan Hyche, Emmery Hyche, Joshua Kilgore, Ashleigh Teachworth, Rylee Guerra, Shaylynn Muir, Peyton Presley and Cayden Mann.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Stewart; brothers, James Stewart and Rodney Stewart and sisters, Rita Kelly and Tracey Stewart.
