Kathryn Duncan McCullar, 92, of Double Springs,passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at Hendrix Health Care.
Kathryn was born February 15, 1934 to John and Rachel Duncan. She enjoyed art, painting and sewing. She loved to drive through the country and look at houses, but most of all, she loved her family.
Visitation will be Monday, June 15, 2026 from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Double Springs, where her funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Burial will be at Pinetucky Baptist Church Cemetery. Brother Tom Curtis will officiate.
Kathryn is survived by her children, Jerry (Wanda) McCullar, Cindy (Tony) Preston and Rusty McCullar; grandchildren, Brian K. (Hollon) McCullar, Rachel Preston, Jacob (Rachel) Preston, Laura McCullar and Danille (Zach) Thompson and great-grands, Ell and Noah McCullar, Isabella Braun, McKenna Thomas, Edie Rose Preston, Briggs Preston, Taylor West, Kennedy Brown, Leo Thompson and Lily Thompson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Noah Luther "NL" McCullar Jr; parents, John and Rachel Duncan and six older brothers.
